What is Crossfit
CrossFit® is a training program based on constantly varied (CV) functional movements (FM) performed at high intensity (HI).

This definition of CrossFit means that you’ll train your resistance (in all its forms), strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and precision with floor exercises and weights. The goal is reaching a high physical training level, without specializing in a specific athletic gesture. For this reason, CrossFit is compatible with any other individual or team sport, such as tennis, rugby, basket, track and field, etc., and even preparatory for an increased performance.
